This installation is made possible because:
Pre-attached components: magnetic mortise lock system, hinges, pre-hung door, and pre-frame are installed at the factory. L-casings are pre-cut for precision.
No advanced experience is required. Systems are measured and aligned at the factory for consistent fit. Select the correct size (or custom order) and install using the steps below.
- Lay and Open the Box: Place the box on a flat surface with the handle hardware packaging facing upward.
- Remove the Bottom Plywood: The plywood secures the door to the frame during transportation.
- Remove Protective Covering and Organize L-Casings: Remove protective wrapping and confirm all six pre-cut L-casings are present.
- Unfold Mounting Hardware Brackets (x7): Position brackets appropriately (front 90° to rear 180°).
- Install the Door Handle: Attach the handle to the pre-installed magnetic mortise hardware using the provided screws. (Lift the protective cover edge to access interior screw points.)
- Align and Secure: Use the level to confirm vertical and horizontal alignment, then secure the frame with screws through the brackets.
- Optional: Extra Soundproofing: Fill the frame cavity with polyurethane foam if additional sound control is desired.
- Install the L-Casing: Attach the pre-cut casing to complete the frame. Trim only if needed for a snug, precise fit.
