2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

2.1 Order Acceptance & Pricing
• All orders are subject to acceptance by Mr. Door US Inc. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.

• Prices are listed in USD ($) and may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

• Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and applicable regulations.

• Custom orders are processed within 12-16 weeks.

2.2 Payment Terms

1. Retail Orders:
• Orders of 19 doors or less require 100% upfront payment at the time of purchase.

• Orders of 20 doors or more require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipping.

• Deposits and payment terms may be negotiable upon request, subject to approval.

2. Wholesale & Commercial Orders:
• NET payment terms are not accepted—all payments must be made in full before processing.

• Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfers, and checks.

• A 2.0% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

• Wholesale customers must provide a valid resale certificate to be exempt from sales tax. Failure to provide the certificate will result in applicable sales tax being charged.

2.3 Cancellations & Modifications
• Custom and special orders cannot be canceled once production has started, as materials and labor are allocated specifically for each order.

• For stock item orders, cancellations or modifications may be possible before shipment but are subject to a 25% restocking fee if already processed.

• Refunds for canceled orders, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

• Mr. Door US Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, or unforeseen supply chain disruptions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

3.1  Shipping Method and Costs

  • Orders are shipped via freight carriers, unless local pickup is arranged in advance.
  • Estimated delivery timeframe is between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier availability.

3.2 Shipping Fees:

  1. First door: $200
  2. Each additional door: $100
  3. Custom & bulk orders: Shipping fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and quoted individually.

3.3 Delivery Conditions

  • Customers are required to inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
  • We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Installation

  • Products are designed for easy installation; professional installation is not required. Clear installation guidelines are provided with each order.
  • Warranty is voided if installation guidelines are not followed. Improper handling or modifications may also affect product performance.

4.2 Limited 2-Year Warranty

  1. Covers:
  • Warping exceeding 1/4 inch. Doors must be installed and maintained as per manufacturer instructions.
  • Defects in materials and workmanship. This applies only to factory defects, not damages caused post-delivery.
  • Delamination of door materials. The warranty does not extend to minor aesthetic imperfections.
  1. Excludes:
  • Improper installation or modifications. Any alterations made post-purchase void the warranty.
  • Misuse, abuse, or exposure to extreme weather. Doors should be used in appropriate conditions to maintain durability.
  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or minor surface variations. Gradual aging and natural material shifts are not covered.

4.3 Warranty Claims

  • Proof of purchase. Only original buyers are eligible for claims.
  • Photos showing the issue. Clear and detailed images must be provided for review.
  • A detailed description of the defect. Additional documentation may be required for assessment.

Claims will be reviewed, and eligible repairs or replacements will be provided. Decisions on claims are at the sole discretion of Mr. Door US Inc.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

CANCELLATION POLICY
