Terms and Conditions for Mr. Door US Inc.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order and visiting the website with Mr. Door US Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all sales, whether retail or commercial. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order and leave the website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Returns and Exchanges
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• A 25% restocking fee will apply.
• Items must be in original, unopened packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• To initiate a return, contact our customer service at [[email protected]].
• Refunds instructions will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Ordering and Payment
• Orders are subject to acceptance by MR. DOOR US INC.
•We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
•The images provided on the website maybe different than the actual product. (Coordinated with Buyer).
• Special Retail prices ($799) only apply to In-Stock Items.
Retail Customers:
• 100% deposit is required at the time of order to process for orders of 19 of less.
• 50% deposit is required at the time of order to process for order of order of 20 or more
•All deposits are negotiable upon requests.
• Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received and processed.
Commercial Clients:
• We currently do not accept NET payments.
• We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers and checks.
• A 2.7% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
Installation
• Our doors are designed to be installed with minimal effort and time, so professional installation is not required. Click Here for How to Install Page • Improper installation may void the warranty. • MR. DOOR US INC is not responsible for installation-related issues and injuries. • Installation guidelines are provided for each product and must be followed to maintain warranty coverage.
Intellectual Property
• All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mr. Door US Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission. If found with misuse, we will take legal action upon immediate witness. • Our product designs are proprietary and may not be copied or replicated.
Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. • Any disputes arising from these terms, or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Santa Ana, California.
Force Majeure
• MR. DOOR US INC is not liable for delays or failures in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Labor disputes
- Supply chain disruption
• In such events, we will notify affected customers and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes to Terms
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
• It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
Product Information
• While we strive for accuracy, product specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Images on our website and in our catalogs are representative and may not reflect exact product details due to variations in manufacturing and display settings.
• Door styles, colors, and materials may vary from samples and between products.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product meets their specific requirements before purchasing.
Pricing and Taxes
• All prices are in USD and exclude shipping and taxes. • Applicable sales taxes will be added at checkout based on delivery address. • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of order confirmation will be honored.
Shipping and Delivery
•For delivery, our method is via freight unless coordinated otherwise. Local Pick-Up at our warehouse is possible through appointment.
(In-Stock) Shipping/Handling Time
•Retail Handling Time: 1-2 Days
•Shipping Time (Freight): 3 -6 Days
•Average Shipping Time: 3 - 10 Days
Shipping Fee
•As an experienced project supplier, we understand that every project is unique and may present different challenges. Consequently, shipping charges can vary with each order. Below are our standard shipping rates for your reference:
•1 to 4 set of doors are $200
•5 to 9 sets of doors are 5% of order total.
• 10 to 20 set of doors are 10% of order total.
•And so on by 5% increase
•Please coordinate with your sales representative as MR. DOOR US aims to negotiate shipping fees with every order.
• All custom/ wholesale orders will be coordinated with the buyer.
• Custom orders are expected to be delivered in 12 to 16 weeks.
• For commercial orders, valid tax exemption certificates must be provided prior to invoicing. If not received, applicable taxes will be charged.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as product availability may affect delivery times. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• Customers must inspect all products upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours to [[email protected]].
• Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Privacy Policy
• We respect your privacy. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage. • By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Warranty
• Our products carry a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• This warranty covers:
• Warping exceeding 1/4 inch
• Delamination of door materials
• Defects in materials and workmanship.
• The warranty does NOT cover:
• Improper installation
• Misuse or abuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Variations in door color or texture
• Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity
