Step-by-Step Door Installation Guide

By focusing on the two primary tasks, you can confidently manage the
installation, knowing that the majority of the steps are straightforward
and easily accomplished.
This installation is made possible due to:
- Pre-Attached Components: The Magnetic Mortise System, hinges, pre-hung door, and pre-frame are all pre-attached at the factory. Additionally, L-casings are pre-cut for precision.
No experience is necessary, as our doors are precisely cut and measured at the factory for your project needs. Simply purchase the appropriate set size or custom order
and our reversible doors will fit perfectly to your doorway.
(Highlighted are the main two
steps)
- Open the box. Unbox the package and arrange the items, removing any packaging materials
- Set up the door: Stand the pre-assembled door and frame with the attached installation hardware.
- Mark positions:
-Utilize a laser level to mark precise vertical and horizontal lines on the wall, ensuring accurate alignment for hinge hardware installation. See Example.
(Straighten the 7 Installation Kit pieces and push it into the door way) - Secure the door frame:
-Use a Impact driver to fix the door frame to the wall using screws.
(The Installation Kits need to be straighten out before being pushed in the doorway, this will secure the door)
See Example - Install the L-casing: Attach the L-casing securely around the door frame. Insulation foam or Adhesive is recommended but not required.
- Fix the handle: Install the handle to ensure it is firmly in place. The magnetic mortise hardware is already pre-installed inside the door; simply attach the handle to complete the installation.
- Complete You are Done! Ensure everything is properly installed and secure!
